Terms of Use
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms of Use apply to all actions taken by users when using the application "Land Price Checker" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Service Content and Changes)
The content and features of the App may change, be suspended, or terminated without notice. Users agree that the service content and usage conditions may be changed without notification.
Article 3 (Subscription and Automatic Renewal)
The App is provided on a subscription basis, which automatically renews unless the user cancels. If a user wishes to cancel, they must do so through Apple's settings before the automatic renewal occurs.
Article 4 (Restore Functionality)
Purchased subscriptions can be reactivated using the restore purchase functionality. Restoration can be done through the "Restore Purchase" button but is limited to cases where the same Apple ID is used.
Article 5 (Trademarks and Copyrights)
All rights (including copyrights, trademarks, and patent rights) related to the App and its content belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. Users must not engage in any activities that infringe these rights.
Article 6 (Integration with Third-Party Services)
The App may utilize external APIs or plugins, and the handling of user information by these services will comply with the privacy policies of the respective third-party services.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes between the user and the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Article 8 (Consistency of Multilingual Terms)
These Terms may be provided in multiple languages; however, in the event of any discrepancies, the Japanese version shall take precedence.
Article 9 (Prohibition of Inappropriate Content)
Users are prohibited from posting or sharing obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content when using the App. The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend access for users who engage in such activities and take appropriate legal action.
Article 10 (Customer Support Regulations)
The Company reserves the right to refuse support services to users who repeatedly make intimidating, aggressive, or unreasonable requests to customer support.
Article 11 (Changes to Service Content)
The content and duration of the App's services are subject to change without notice.
Article 12 (Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the use of the App. The App is provided "as is," and the Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the App. The Company shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from service interruptions or stoppages caused by communication line or server failures, maintenance, or other reasons.
Article 13 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be responsible for any damages, disputes with third parties, or other troubles arising from users' violation of laws or regulations while using the App. Users shall use the App at their own risk and bear all risks associated with its use.

Article 15 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may modify these Terms as necessary. The modified Terms will take effect from the time they are announced within the App or on the Terms of Use page.
